First, I want to thank MedicStuder who posted the first themed dialer for us today. So props to you because this themed dialer that I've made was possible.

To install - MAKE A NANDROID BACK UP FIRST JUST IN CASE
BTW, THIS IS PROBABLY THE DUMB-NOOB WAY TO DO IT...SO LET ME APOLOGIZE FOR NOT KNOWING ANY BETTER
- Download both apks to your sdcard
- Move the Dialer.apk first to the /system/app/ folder and overwrite the existing BlurDialer.apk
- Change permissions to: rw-r-r
- Next, move the Phone.apk to the /system/app/ folder and overwrite the existing BlurPhone.apk
- YOU WILL FORCE CLOSE. Tap the force close a few times.
- Pull battery
- Power up
- Once the phone boots up, you will get a couple force closes, don't worry about it.
- Go to file manager (In this case I use Root Explorer) and go to /system/app/
- Find the BlurPhone.apk file and change the permissions to rw-r-r and then hit OK
- Reboot and enjoy!
Things to do:
1) [DONE- SORT OF] Theme the BlurPhone.apk
2) I would like to remove the lines under the Add to contact and Microphone buttons.
3) I want the top section (dialer, recent, contacts, favorites) with a black background
4) Make the text section where it shows your most recent call in black as well
