App to control headphone button actions

Does anyone know of an app which will let me set shortucts using my headphones one button remote?

So, for example, in addition to the one press to play/pause, double click would skip forward.

Thats pretty cool man. Im not a photographer but it looks like that could be used as a wired shutter button.
Id have thought something like that would require root. Nice :beer:
