Does it exist?
example: use a voice recorder to record a message, then dial a number and be able to play that prerecorded message to a voicemail/answer machine. I tend to stumble alot on my words when i leave live voicemails...very unprofessional
...would be nice if i can record a perfect voicemail and then send it.
