app to silence camera shutter sound?

You can do it on the normal app. Touch the screen while in the camera, then swipe the little blue box on the bottom left side over. Click the cog/gear for more settings, and scroll all the way down. Uncheck Shutter Tone.

To answer the question, camera360 does let you disable the audio noise. Definitely an app worth paying for, audio aside.

Also, Vignette does NOT have the option. That's one thing I hated about it. Otherwise, very handy app.

does the free version turn of the shutter noise or will i have to purchase the pro version

I don't know if the free version has the option.its been over a year since I decided to pay.I assume it does as I recall it had all the functionality as the paid version. Just try it out and post back. I prefer paying for the apps since it supports the devs and they are cheaper than coffeee.
