Help App update problems

[youboy]

Hi

I'v had my Htc desire hd for 9 months now and have had very few problems with it. the main problem has been with gps signal.
But recently it's been unable to update apps such as facebook, email, maps etc. Even with wifi connection.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to AF!

The GPS is temperamental at best and has been a major issue since the phones release. It's meant to have improved in later models, but it's still not great. There are a few fixes here if you want to take a peek: http://androidforums.com/desire-hd-tips-tricks/346571-gps-possible-solutions.html

What's happening when the apps try to update? Are they starting and failing, or starting and stalling?
