Help App which controls Wifi or 3g?

Hello, is there an app which can control it's connection type? such as allowing certain apps to be used WIFI or 3G only, or both. I want emails or facebook / etc to sync only when there is a WIFI connection so it doesn't use all my data up.

I believe there are a few apps that can do that. I know Onavo had that. Even the updated 3G Watchdog pro seems to have some settings for restricting. I never used them because I am on a 3GB data plan and I use less than 2GB most of the time. I only use 3G watchdog pro for its data monitoring because it seems to be the most accurate IMHO. Try Onavo and see.
