Help App with good OCR software

I'm looking for an app with good OCR software so i can take a pic with the camera of text and have it translated to editable text? If not something as direct as that then maybe something that will pull the text from a pdf (I have CamScanner which creates good pdf's out of pics you take with the camera)

Only one I've found is mOCRa. Accuracy is not bad. Requires data connection, as it appears to send the captured photo to their servers for conversion to text.
