Apparently Virgin Mobile USA doesn't know how to cancel an order

Sorry for replying a year old thread. I ordered a Virgin Mobiel phone yesterday and tried many times to cancel my order via phone and E-mail. Customer Service Rep said they can't cancel it because it is proccessed even I called them after three hours of my order. They suggested that I should wait until there is a tracking number, then call Fedex to send it back to the sender. My questions is:
After I do what they suggested, can I get my money back? is there anyone who was not able to get their money back? Thanks. Any suggestion is welcome.
