Help AppBrain has stopped working and won't re-download - what now?

How do I update/manage my apps on Droid Incredible when AppBrain no longer works? It always said "download unsuccessful" and now no longer works at all so I uninstalled it. How do I manage updating my apps now? Thanks in advance!

Go to app market -> menu -> Downloads

available updates should be there. Is that what you're asking?
