Root Appearence Question

I have been rooted a few months (Lithium Mod), and have had few issues. I am just now nerving up to installing a new Rom, and am leaning towards UD 2.0. What I am really looking for is something that looks really different, cool and functional. I have the "Verizon Wireless" in my status bar changed to my favorite Bible Verse, and the Boot logo changed to my favorite College football team. If I change Roms, will these change back as well? Also, is there a way to just install themes without installing a new Rom? I use Tag Home. Thanks!

The "verizon" text will have to be changed again. Also your boot anai will have to be changed again when you install the new rom. This is fairly easy tho and I wouldn't let that hold you back. Some one else might but I think new themes are rom specific and in my short time here I have not seen any for the stock setup.
