yea i could totally see you being right and the 98% of tech websites and reviews being wrong. take a look at a coverage map comparison

Guess what, its completely true FOR ME, and that's all that matters. Actually it's true for me and several others that I know. We never had a "signal" problem, but calls and texts would not come though, and would get VM's and texts in bunches and a day or 2 after they were sent. And this would occur VZ to VZ.

I'm in NE Ohio, coverage map looks great...but that doesn't reflect real world performance. I've been completely satisfied with ATT so far. The 3g coverage isn't as vast, but that hasn't hindered me, I don't have dropped calls, I get my VM's immediately following a missed call etc etc.

I really couldn't care less which carriers logo is on my phone, as long as it works how it's supposed to.
