Apple is really going to start losing a lot with how much they have recently copied from Android, especially without Jobs and his vision and personal vendetta against Android for innovating more than his company!

I may be wrong, but I had heard that ultimately this suit is toothless. What I had heard is that Apple has two entities in Germany - Apple and Apple, Inc. The suit is against Apple which doesn't actually manufacture/distribute anything in Germany. Apple, Inc is the company that does the manufacturing/distributing and isn't affected by this suit because it's a separate entity.

Perhaps, perhaps not. But it's a good first step.

I think a lot of things will change without Jobs.
He said it was his mission to destroy android, even though for the last 2 years before his death every update to their phone was a copy of what android phones where already doing...
This has to end sometime! All these bullshit lawsuits do is prohibit innovation, and that is what apple is all about. If they innovate they flaunt it for years, if someone else does they hate it!!
