Application Manager Continuously Computing on my Galaxy Rush

My application manager only displays that an application is computing all the info, preventing me from clearing caches or moving apps to my sd card? How do I fix this it is driving me crazy. I have not once seen it actually compute any data.

Not being funny but have you rebooted the phone to see if that helps?

Yes I did. I have not done a factory reset yet however and would like to avoid that if possible.
