Help Applications menu

Newbie
Very simple question but I can't work it out.

On the Galaxy S when I first went to 'applications' it would list all of the applications in a grid form, however for some reason it now has them in a list form.

How do I change it back?

I think you just hit the Menu button in the applications view and choose that as an option? Been a while since I did anything in TouchWiz...
