Applying Icon pack

Dear Friends,
I am using HTC Wildfire for one month.I have not rooted my phone.I would like to install new theme in my mobile.I have downloaded many theme packs(Icon pack).I am not able to install all at once.I installed launcher pro in my set.

Please help in doing this.How can i install theme all together which means not changing the icon one by one?..

Most.of them require adw launcher..should say in the market what it requires.

On.HTC sense you can't install themes. With launcherpro you can set icons on the dock. You can use folderorganizer to change individual but can't do all

What is this BS?! Of course you can install themes! You just cannot instal "live" themes and wallpapers...
