Approximate used value?

My S5 is about one year old ( replacement phone #4 from Verizon ) It looks new. Assuming that it works perfectly what might it be worth on the used market?

Will " factory reset " erase all data or is there an app I can get that WIPES my data?

I'd guess you could get around $120 - $150 for your Galaxy S5.

To remove your email even after factory resetting:
1. Remove any PIN or swipe pattern for the lock screen
2. Go into Settings - Accounts and remove your account (and any others)
3. Then factory reset the device.

After that it shouldn't ask for your email with Factory Reset Protection.
