Apps and games library

After a factory reset on my samsung Galaxy A3 2017 I can no longer access the apps and games library and so cannot see my old apps.Any ideas what to do?

Google play store, settings, library

Have done that and it doesn't work, just get an endless circle going round and round!

check your google sync.....if it hasn't sync'd then check your wifi settings. if it is on cellular try wiping data on the play store

Wipe date, reboot.
