Apps Button On Note 2

I have just switched over from the Samsung Galaxy S2 old but gold, its apps button was in the middle with 2 apps on each side of the apps launcher button. Its there a way i can move the apps launch button from the right side to the middle in the note 2

I use Nova launcher, so moving anything on the dock is easy. I believe this is true of other third party launchers as well. I think you can move everything except the app button on the touchwiz standard launcher.
