Root Apps don't show up

I'm running the baadnwz InsertCoin DHD ROM and for some reason a lot of my installed apps don't show as being installed in the market. This means that there could be updates for them that I can't download!

Anyone know how I can get them to show up?

have you go titanium backup pro? Not sure if Market doctor is in the free version, but it searches installed apps and restores links to the market.

Also, perhaps the latest market detects them too.

I would buy it but my superuser is force closing atm, really annoying.
