Use your menu button to access "add," then go to "launcher actions." In the next menu list will be included "open/close app drawer" or some such wording. Click that and the icon for your stock apps will appear on your default home screen.
Hold an empty space on one of your homescreens and when the menu pops up, choose shortcuts, then applications. You will find the Samsung apps in there, just tap on it and it will put it on your homescreen.
Your actual app drawer is usually located on the bottom dock of your homescreen it is labeled as Applications, tapping on it will take you to the app drawer.
