Apps keep disappearing! Help Please!

I have a lot of apps on my SD card and when I start up I get the "app not installed" pop-up. But they show in my apps manager page under SD card. How do I get them back from the Sd card??

This means that your phone is still mounting your SD card and that could take up to 10 minutes. Just be patient and they should load. If not you may have to format your SD card.

In App manager, there should be a link to 'move to phone' within the options for each app. Idea to format sd card might be the thing, though.
