Help apps keep popping up after i task kill them

is there something i can do to prevent apps from just being ran on my phone without me using them, such as metro navi, metro backup, metro easy wifi, metro web...i can just be messaging someone and then pull down grey bar at top to open advance task killer and they are there sometimes 4-5 apps i didnt eben use at all

Go into Task Manager press the Menu Button on your phone, scroll down to Auto Kill Touch Auto Kill Level. I set mine to Crazy. Then touch Auto Kill Frequency. I set mine to when screen is off. Before you do this make sure you uncheck apps you don't want killed, such as maybe a widget or a live wallpaper.

thank you for the info hope that works cause it in real annoying that all these apps pop up for no reason at all...
