Help apps list scrolling after system update

I did the lastest AT&T system update for my Inspire. Now it's showing Android 2.3.3. One annoyance that I have is scrolling the Apps List. Now, it only scrolls 1 page per flick. Previously, it had "momentum", so if I flick the screen once, I could scroll many pages. Now, I have to flick 7 times to traverse from top to bottom of my apps list.

Any way to change this setting or other workaround?
