Help Apps not available or not found suddenly

I have an HTC Desire through Vodafone Germany and i have the newest update of 2.33.161.2 ever since the update almost half of the apps i was able to find such as rhapsody, USAA, and Bank of America. even when I use the QR icon it still scans as not found. Can someone tell me how to find these or if they actually are not available on the Android Market.

They sound like US apps (I'm in th UK and can't find them in the Market). Where are you based?

It sounds like the phone used to think it was in the US but now thinks its in Germany.

There's an app called Market Enabler that allows you to spoof the country your in. Doesn't solve the problem but might be a workaround.
