Help App's opening up wrong

is anyone having a problem where after a while randomly the phone will just... change what some icons do. like example like 2 mins ago, i was hitting the TXT button, and it was opening settings. other times the TXT button has opened up a widget that i have never seen nor ever used. lol... or the internet button does some other application... i restart the device and it seems to work then

I have had that a couple times,, im not sure why it happens,, but a reboot corrects it

Same here. I kept hitting GOSMS and it kept opening Google Wallet.

I even deleted the shortcut and re-added it. No luck.

I never rebooted as I was about to flash a ROM anyway. But weird indeed.

I've had the same problem. All you have to do is clear all the recent apps by pressing the bottom right button (the one right next to the home button)and swipe them all away

I've had that issue as well.

Only once or twice though.
