Help Apps placement

For some reason my Galaxy S2 forgets where I've placed my apps. Everytime when I take the time to sort my apps and place them on the pages I want them to be, after a while the layout just ges reverted to how it was. I'm completely oblivious to why this is. Anyone have a clue how to fix this?
