Root Apps safe to remove?

Do we have a list of apps that are safe to remove yet? I'm sure it's probably pretty standard, but I thought I'd ask just in case.
 
This looks like a link to an app. There's a partial list of what it'll remove, and it says "more included in the real thing", but I don't want to download an app, I want to do it myself... :confused:

I don't have a handy complete list, but if you download Harmonia 3, then look inside the zip, go to System/apps, anything left there you pretty much need. Anything not there, can be deleted.

There is 3 extra parts I left in on accident (which will be dealt with next update), Bluesky, Burgundy, and a live wallpaper. Otherwise, it's pretty much completely free of anything unnecessary for the stock roms.
 
Thanks! I'll take a look. :) This will remove all of the Sense stuff too, right? Just for clarification. I don't mind one way or the other (I'm very very neutral on Sense), I'm just curious.
 
Good to know! Thanks! :) This is my first Sense device, so I'm not familiar with where exactly they made the changes on the backend.
