Help apps wont download??

I just got me new hero from the sprint store and none of the apps i try to download are downloading. It says my app was unsuccessfull. Does anyone know what is wrong??
 
If you are trying to load apps that are not on the market, you need to go to Menu>setting>applications>unknown sources.
 
If that's not your issue then you need to take your phone back. I've never had that Issue even with a custom Rom.

You have your phone set up on a google account that was setup IMMEDIATELY upon turning on the phone the FIRST time, correct?

I'm having trouble downloading from the market, worked fine for the first week, can you elaborate on what you said above Kelmar, as I set up my google account through the phone!
 
If it worked previously, it's unrelated.

What has happened leading up to this? What does it do/not do exactly?
 
When I try to download apps from the market I keep getting a notification saying "download unsuccessfull". I've tried it through WiFi and through Mobile Internet without any luck!

Could it be that there's a fault with the market itself and not with my device?
