Right so I have a HTC phone, and when Im on google play to install an app, i click install and then this box appears.. at which point I click ok, but nothing happens. In the past I never had a problem and it wont automatically download. I know i have enough space on my phone, because I have 32GB sd card and i had my factory settings restored recently! I just want to be able to download apps!!

I’ve had the same problem with my Optimus. Sometimes it shows the download scroll bar but never does a thing. I wait a while, cancel and retry, maybe a few times... it eventually works fine.

The app will be downloaded to internal memory rather than the sd card. If you're sure the internal memory has enough space try rebooting the phone which should clear the cache partition.

If this doesn't work, try clearing the Play Store's data

Are you installing from the Play Store on a PC or direct on the phone.
