Help Appz not loading from SD?

Now, suddenly, my applications will not load from the SD card. They just sit there and give errors when hitting the icons, they do not appear in the app tray, and it also takes longer checking the SD card for errors.

What can I do to fix this? Any help is appreciated...

If you have not already tried this, shut down all the way, remove card, re-insert card, and then re-boot. That worked for me when that happened once.

I tried that, it didn't work. I am reformatting the card now, and I will try that. If that does not work, I will probably move the LG files back to their spot and do a factory reset. Any advice on a factory reset with a rooted phone?

I would try a new card before doing a reset. Is it the original card by any chance? Mine was a hunk o' junk and I threw it away after I got an 8GB Kingston card.

That does not mean that it isn't bad. I have had a few DOA cards over the years.

I realize that, but two bad cards in a row from two different suppliers makes me think it is something else.

I didn't see anywhere that mentions two different new cards. That would be strange.
