Does anyone else feel that all the prank announcements online are starting to get really old? I mean can't anyone running a website come up with some better prank than just running false stories? Where's the originality?
 
I have the best April fool's day prank of all.. no pranks! Everyone's expecting something so doing nothing would be the exact opposite of what is expected.

Nope, sorry! *I* own the greatest April Fool's Day prank of all time--popping out a 10 pound baby. :eek: And I never let her live it down, either! When she was a kid, we'd tell her that being born on April Fool's Day meant that we, as her parents, could prank her whenever we felt like it, 365 days a year. :evil: :laugh: :aetsch:
 
I loathe April Fool's day with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. I hate it because everyone feels the need to put out one incredibly lame joke after another and then something will happen that is real, but is bizarre and you never have any idea what's real or what isn't. Hate April Fool's day. Dumbest "holiday" ever.

I love it, but generally speaking, most of what comes out of my mouth is extreme sarcasm to begin with. :)
 
They know about April Fools in China. I had some of the students going that the school dining hall now serves Beijing(Peking) duck. Which of course it doesn't, because Beijing duck is generally very expensive, and the school cuisine often consists of things like beef noodles, boiled rice, eggplant, cabbage, chicken, potatoes, etc.

Nah, I don't mind it. Though, a lot of the sites I check on a daily basis were all but useless today with 'gotcha' news flooding the pages.

Oh well, tomorrow it just a couple of hours away. :)
 
I usually forget it's April Fools until I see a company (I.E Google) with something ridiculous announced, then finding out that I've been trolled.
Gets me every year.
