I purchased an HTC Desire HD A9191 Android version 2.3.3 from Thailand. The phone does not support Arabic. Arabic WebPages and Arabic SMS are displayed with broken letters. How can I make the phone to support Arabic?

Welcome to the forums.
From what I remember, the phone doesn't support arabic... but I am basing that on something I remember from 4(ish) months ago. I'll see if I can't find you a bit more info!
Yeah, that's correct unfortunately.
The only way to sort is by flashing an alternative ROM. CM7 does it, and I think LeeDroid has an Arabic Language pack now too.

Thought so!
I was pretty sure that some of the custom ROM's offered it... I thought I'd seen something similar on XDA
