Help arc freezing

my ericsson arc is freezing and comes up force closerer all the time i have already done a factory reset, can any of u guys help me, im close to ringing my network and tell them this fone is crap

Yeah I'll say you need to take it back. Mine did the same or should I say my original and my replacement both did that. There have apparently been some QA issues with the arc however I've heard lots of stories all the same. I gave up in the end and went for a S2 but if you get a good replacement keep it. They are better looking than s2's

I can see you tried a reset, however have you run an update on your handset at all as this may just be a corrupt file/application casing this issue?

Not everyone, just the people who are complaining about it. But yeah, there seems to be a manufacturing issue with some arc's. If a factory reset doesnt help then i recommend taking it back and getting a new one.
