I love the look of this phone, but I won't be getting one after SE effectively dumped the X10 in under a year.

I heard the lack of updates to the X10 were due to the heavy bootloader DRM they used to stop people messing with the ROM etc.

Apparently this has now been dialled back to allow for regular ROM updates and hopefully will allow a bit of modding too!

My last 2 phones were HTC Hero and Desire and I love messing with the ROMs so I hope this turns out to be true as the Arc is the perfect upgrade for me.
