Are there ICS roms that have fixed the 'scrolling' problem?

Hi guys. I've played with wanamlite and andyxrom, both very good roms for ICS. Though they both suffer from the 'scrolling' issue (sticky and stuttering). Is this an issue that lies within the build of 4.0.3 of Samsung? (Before flashing the roms, I just updated 4.0.3 official through Kies as well, which also consists of the scrolling problems.)

Can you guys recommend a rom that has fixed this issue? Or are there people that don't have this 'scrolling' problem?

Thank you in advance.

Apparently LP7 does not have this issue.

Thanks, but I've flashed LP7 and the scrolling stutter is as bad as andyxrom. I've read that other users experience this problem but the extent to how bad the scrolling varies. For me, if I swipe downwards or upwards, sometimes it scrolls the opposite direction, sometimes it gets very sticky (more pressure is applied to scroll) and sometimes just a small swipe would get me down the screen very quickly, for example. Also, touching the screen isn't as accurate as before.

Anybody have a suggestion to cure this problem? Also I'm having a dilemma between actually going back to Gingerbread or waiting for an update for one of the roms that may eradicate the problem. What do you guys suggest?

Also, please share your experience how bad your scrolling is, or if you don't have the problem at all, please let me know how you came about.
Thank you!

Wow I haven't had the 'swipe left scrolls right' issue since the first ics build Samsung brought out! My only swipe problem is that I use a pattern to login and sometimes it doesn't register my continuous movement. But that's usually fixed by wiping the screen.

Maybe I don't think I have a problem because I'm used to it (I get used to bugs quickly). I just tried swiping left and right in apps; no worries. In dolphin; I guess it takes half a sec to get moving quickly? It's barely noticable but I was looking this time :P

Thanks Kie. Could you suggest some workaround for me to try out? I've tried 3 roms and flashed between lp7 and lpq firmwares and the problem is still there.

Also would you suggest I go back to gingerbread or wait for an update of roms? (I'm new to the scene so I'm not sure if this scrolling issue is one that lies within the build of Samsung firmwares which they would have to solve, or is it something that devs can fix?)

I'm guessing you fullwipe and everything before installing new roms? I'm not sure how you can still have the issue on 3 different roms. Do you restore with titanium backup? If so, tell me the process you use when restoring. It could be something to do with what you're restoring from old roms. Either that or your touchscreen is faulty. You could always switch back to GB and see if the problem is gone.

I haven't had any noticeable scrolling problems at all. On AndyX 7.2 now and didn't have any scrolling issues on 7.1 either.
