This phone is pretty awesome, it's quite a step up from my Samsung Transform Ultra, that's for sure. I wish it took SD cards, but hey, I got it for under $100 so I can't complain. I am on Boost, and when I first got my Moto G, I used Motorola Migrate to transfer everything from my Transform Ultra.
I use ES File Explorer, I am not rooted, but I was looking through all of the folders and I'm wondering why it looks like there are multiple copies of all the folders? Can someone else take a peek for me at their phone and see if it looks the same?
For example, if I go to the very top directory in ES, and then "sdcard", there are 12 folders. I know the number of folders will differ for someone else based on what they've installed. But okay so if I go back up a directory and go into "storage" > "emulated" > "0" -- there are all the same folders. If I go back up one to "emulated" and go to "legacy" instead of "0", the same folders still. If I go back to "storage" and go to "sdcard0", still the same 12 folders.
So really, the same 12 folders are listed in 4 different locations, it looks like. Or are they all the same directories, just emulated or pointing to 4 different places when the data and folders are really only in one place?
Sorry if my question is confusing.
