Are these Galaxy NOTES the same?

I want to get this one:

Newegg.com - Samsung Galaxy Note 16GB Blue 3G Unlocked GSM Smart Phone w/ Android OS 2.3 / 8 MP Camera (N7000)

But it states 3G, not 4G. I'd like to use it with AT&T 4G.

This one on Amazon does state 4G:

Are they the same model? They appear to be. I'd naturally like to get the Newegg one since it's cheaper, but the description conspicuously leaves out 4G ability. Is that just a misprint?

Both the same phone, both have "HSPA 4G", not "LTE 4G".

Exactly, that's what I'm going to do -- just wanted to be sure they weren't selling some weird version because Newegg's description doesn't list 4G speed anywhere, only 3G...

Not everyone is on the same page with 3G/4G/HSPA/HSPA+/LTE descriptions.
If you want "better than Edge speeds" on AT&T, just make sure the device has "UMTS 850", and or "UMTS 1900".
