Help Arrow keys on keyboard

Hi,
where are the arrow keys on the non-Swype keyboard?
I've read that you used to be able to hold down the ?123 button in order to bring up a new window with the arrow keys, but this no longer works on Galaxy S2.
It is currently quite hard when trying to position the cursor at an exact location.
Any ideas?

I have the Swift keyboard, and there is the option to have the arrows at the bottom of the keyboard, it takes up quite a bit of space, but works if you truly need it. The Swift keyboard is amazing by the way, one of the apps I cannot live without.
