Help ASAP Saving Voicemails to Computer

HGForum

Lurker
Hello. Help: Soon I'll be getting a new phone and I want to be able to save a few special voicemails. I'm told that they can't be tranferred from one phone to another. I know that GoogleVoice can save them as transcriptions, but I'm interested in actually being able to HEAR them again.

Thank you for any and all help!

Also, I would like to transfer, save information from my Got To Do Lite application (free version) and songs saved in history from Soundhound (free version). Any tips????

Welcome to AF!!!
As far as your voicemail saving, I believe you have the option to save them to sd card....

As far as the Got To Do application, I am not familiar with it but I assume--duh-:)--it's a to-do list yes? Does the app description say you can back the lists up somehow?

Soundhound...I do use that and found the option in the free version to "share" bookmarks via email....haven't tried it, but I would surmise you could email them to yourself? (see the "help" button when you tap "menu" while in Soundhound)

Google Voice Voicemails stay in your Google Voice account until you delete them. I have some older voicemails that I still have to replay once in a while (on the pc or on the phone)

Thank you for your response. The VM tip worked. Got To DO was outdated and unable to transfer from my sd card, as far as I can tell. I tried sending Soundhound bookmarks to my E-mail but my phone died before the process was complete and I can't charge my phone anymore,. ha. Thank you very much.
