Depends on how hot you dare to go? I went to gatlinburg TN and found a hot sauce place and must say never knew there was so many versions. Even had horseraddish versions.

Do you eat hot wings?

Love hot wings! My daughter bought for me a membership to a hot sauce club two years running for xmas. Every month they sent two different bottled sauces to their members. Most of the stuff was so hot.. one drop in a large stew would melt the enamel off of your bicuspids.

Ghost pepper is the hottest pepper known to man. they say its like haqving the surface of the sun in your mouth. I watch people sweat like they ran 3 miles.
