Is there anyway to change the 5 apps on the swipe screen to apps I use?
I am on Verizon, and the phone is not rooted.

Thanks in advance

Are you referring to the dock icons at the bottom?
If so, press and hold the icon and drag it to the trashcan.
Open the app drawer and drag the app you want in its place.

I am referring to the lock screen, after you press the power button you have 5 apps on bottom of screen. The 5 apps are there then you have to swipe the screen to unlock your phone.
Those are the five apps I am referring too.

Thanks

Ah. I don't use the lock screen. Sorry.

Fortunately, you are not stuck with the four Lock screen icons that ship with the Galaxy S3; you can edit them to any four apps on your phone. To edit the Quick launch icons:

Launch your Settings app
Scroll to Security and tap
Tap on the Lock screen options tab
Tap on the Shortcuts tab at the top
Touch and hold any of the four icons and drag it down to the Trash icon
You will now see a + icon at the right
Tap the + icon
Choose from any of your installed apps to be the new Shortcut app
You should now see the icon for that app in the shortcuts

Merry Christmas !!
