Hi,If the battery dies on my phone it's asking me to enter the puk code and pin. I be got them from my network but they don't know why the phone is asking for it all of a sudden.
do you think this is linked to the update
Sounds like your security settings have changed/reset somehow locking your sim card when your phone turns off. settings changing does seem to happen randomly after some updates.
