Help Assign ringtone to groups

Hi guys,

I have searched to no avail - I have painstakingly assigned all my contacts to relevant groups, ie. co-workers, family, friends, VIP etc.

I was expecting that this would allow me to manage these groups in several ways, especially assigning unique ring tones to each group.

Please don't tell me i have to trawl through the "Set as ringtone - contact ringtone" utility. That is ludicrous. What was the point of grouping in the first place?!

Yeah, that's the only way to do it I can see. Unless there are some 3rd Party Contact apps out there.

In all fairness, the only phone I've had that's had a group ringtone function has been the SE K750i.
