Help Assigning Different Ringtone To Gmail

I want to assign a Zedge ringtone that I downloaded to my Gmail notification but I can't find where to do that from. Do I do it in the General Settings-Sound-Notification? I thought you could go into the specific account but I can't seem to find it. If someone could give me step-by-step instructions I would appreciate it.

You might have to download another app to do this, specifically because gmail and most of the other Google apps are so bloody devoid of configuration options.

...lucky alternatives are an option. I use K9.

Open up gmail account

click on the menu button(settings) at the very bottom

click "more"

click "settings"

choose the email account you want to add the ringtone too

scroll to the very bottom and choose "Labels to notify"

choose "Inbox"

click "Ringtone"

should bring up a menu to choose which app you want to get the ringtone from
