Help Astro & other programs "Send To" options

I had Astro on my OG Evo and was able to long press a file to get a actionable menu that when I chose "Send" would allow me to choose from one of a couple email accounts I had set up on the phone, including a Lotus Notes account. Now I can only get one choice for my Outlook based account. The Lotus Notes account isn't ever one of the choices. I changed the setting in the Settings tabe for App Associations and it still isn't there. This is happening on a few other programs as well, but Astro is the main one I need to work. Is there a way to manipulate that list in Astro to add an account?

I administer our Lotus Notes email system. Do you know what version of Traveler they have installed? My thought is it is an older version not compatible with ICS. Being out on medical I am not allowed to work, so I dont currently have it set up on my phone. I can test it after hours(since no one else knows how to check the logs :)

Did some research. 8.5.3.2 IF1 is the most current. 8.5.3.2 fixed a MailTo link issue. That could be related. Also 8.5.3.2 added support for Android 4.0 on devices. You might need your IT staff to update to full support. I am sure some things work, but it might be a good reason why certain apps can't see Lotus to communicate with it.

Well, oddly, I can tell it's 8.5.3.2 by looking at it through Titanium. The interface itself doesn't allow me to get a version code. And, now it doesn't allow me to auto-update the app either. It was there before.

It won't auto update unless the Traveler server was updated on the back end. Don't think you can update the client without the server updated first. We have 8.5.3.1 on the server. I updated to .2, but the owner had issue with his IPad and was easier to remove vs troubleshoot since it was the week before I left. I will try it tonight and see if I have any success. Long shot, but do you have the ability to uninstall and reinstall Lotus? Curious if it matters if Astro was installed before or after Lotus in order to have full functionality. Long shot, but I know we have some programs at work that need to be installed in proper order.

Have you given "ES File Explorer" a try? All the same file manager functions as Astro, and I don't think I've found a program yet it's not share-compatible with.

Downloaded ES File Explorer. Same options as Astro -

Bluetooth
Dropbox
Mail (only Outlook, not Lotus)
Send for Signature
Skydrive for HTC Sense

No other drive.

On the upside, I do like ES. I may give it a whirl for little and see what happens.

Sorry, I overlooked the emphasis on Lotus (and i don't know how I did lol).

Just installed Lotus Traveler and I have it as an option in Astro. Not sure I asked this, but is your phone set up with Traveler or does your company have POP3/Imap set up and you have a normal email account?

How do you uninstall it completely? I tried using Titanium and while it's not working, the icons are still there. I think I have to go to our webmail to get to the download link again, but when I do that on LTEVO, I get the following in the web browser.

HTTP Web Server: Invalid POST Request Exception

I go just into Apps-Downloaded and uninstall Lotus Traveler. I wasn't too familiar with Titanium, so I looked it up. Did you use that to move everything from the old phone to new phone? Our webmail server is different than our Traveler server. We have a webmail.domain.com and traveler.domain.com. When I goto Traveler and log in, it gives me the APK to download and install. Once installed, you put in the server address and username and password and then it configured. I could send you the APK, but mine would be for 8.5.3.1 and you mentioned you have 8.5.3.2, so I doubt it will help. Do you have an IT Staff that can pull the APK from the server and email it to you?
