Root Asurion Replacement with S-Off

Well, I finally got sick of my DInc overheating and rebooting 20 times a day so I called Asurion and got a free Incredible 2 replacement.

Right now my phone is S-Off and I'm having trouble switching it back to S-On.

Does Asurion look at that. Should I really try and change it before I send back my Inc?

I wouldn't worry about it... but what issue are you running into when trying to flash the s-on file. It has to be flashed using clockwork.

As long as the issue isn't CAUSED by software you changed/added they don't care (I actually just read over Asurion's policy). And I don't know of anyone saying they were flagged by Asurion.

However, I'd want to downgrade if possible, just to be safe. Better that than risking a $500 bill coming your way for the replacement. But I wouldn't worry if you can't.

Yeah I guess I'll just leave it the way it is right now. I already downgraded to the stock ROM. I just didn't want Asurion charging me an absurd amount of money for sending them a phone with S-Off.
