ASUS ME176CX

I just purchased an ASUS ME176CX - ASUS tablets must not be too popular based on the lack of activity here in the forums?

Anybody else out there have one of these? Any known issues/problems I should be on the look out for?

When you first get it , be carefully inserting the charge cable. Some examples are a little snug fitting @ first.
Also mine both updated the OS three times in the first three weeks. I did notice a couple of bugs getting fixed.
If you haven't done so; you should try out the ASUS apps that came with the tablet, most are actually pretty good.
I love mine so much, I almost didn't get the Asus because of the video res (1200X800). But glad I did, it looks WAY better than the specs would leave one to believe. Actually like it so much I picked the MeMo pad 8 (me181) as well. I've got the Samsung micro SDXC 64GB installed in both. Into which I've loaded 120 apps, 2 movies and about 50 CD's. Now my son has stolen the me176, I don't think that's comming back.

I really don't understand why ASUS isn't getting more press. Newegg has the ME176 for $119 and free shipping right now. And with the new Atom 3745 processor, this tablet is better than some at twice the price point.

I simply won't leave the house without mine. And they seem more rugged than I thought too. The ME176 has been dropped three times, ( once by me); and it still doesn't even have a scratch on it. My son dropped it about three feet onto a hardwood floor; I think he just starred at it for like 45 seconds. Picked it up and all he said was WOW!

COC game lags often. It closes by itself. Anyone having the same problem? Please advise how to root the version 4.4.2 ME176cx. Ty
