AT&T galaxy note 2 popping up on EBay!

I've been searching for GN2 online and seen a few for sale that are AT&T. I'm not a very big eBay user and fear being scammed due to AT&T only taking preorders at this time. What do you guys think?

Here's a link to one of them: http://bit.ly/U2pvKX

Hmm, I would be careful here. The seller has 0 feedback score, which means he is probably a new seller. I would never buy anything this expensive from a new seller on eBay.

Now, I did pre-order mine yesterday from AT&T and today I just received an email that my order was processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping. I'm hoping this means that AT&T does have some in stock and ready to ship before the Nov 9 date. Time will tell.

PREACH!!! I wish I could like this 1000x's.
I fell into this trap and let me tell you, it was a colossal nightmare. It only took one experience for me to never buy from a new seller ever again; I don't care how good the offer looks.

As already stated, this Ebayer has zero feedback and is brand new.

Secondly, the description says "unused, unopen" which is false. The box comes with stickers on the side that keep the box closed. Those stickers had to have been cut to open the box to take pictures of the phone and manuals.

Thirdly, the sale states "The seller has specified an extended handling time for this item.", which goes up to and including Nov. 9th, meaning you're not going to get the phone any sooner than if you ordered directly from AT&T.

Yeah, that's what the email I got this afternoon said. I'm guessing that my order will be held until Nov 6 when they will actually ship it. I just wish I would have chosen the next day delivery option to begin with. I called them and unfortunately they said the order cannot be changed.

Yep as you guys have already said, 0 feedback is suspect from the off. Not worth it to get it a few days earlier, lots of pitfalls on Ebay to look out for and lots of genuine sellers too, just a shame we have to be vigilant but this is 2012!
