AT&T has Note 2 for 9.99 (refurbished)

Personally I don't like to buy anything refurbished no matter how good the deal may seem. However, $10 for a Note 2 would be a risk I would take for a $500-600 phone. Worst case scenario is you're out 10 bucks.

When I called AT&T to order my phone, they said if anything was wrong with it I could always return it for another phone. Refurbished of course. We'll see....
