Just the obvious one, I reckon - plan pricing does not include the phones so if you upgrade via Next 12 to say, 1x Galaxy Note 4 ($36.25/mo) and 2x iPhone 6 64GB ($42.50/mo), that's an additional $121.25/mo for 20 months on your bill. That or you pay full price. If you keep your phones for a long time or change phones every few weeks, then the new plans are great.

Well, I made the switch. Went with the 10 gig plan. Ended up saving money on the plan----and that's with ADDING one line. So far, I am pleased with this change.
